Logix Client Transition FAQ

1. Why is this transition happening?

Jim McCarthy has chosen Broad Street Planning to take over his practice as he embarks on the next chapter of his life. This transition ensures continuity in the level of service and care you are accustomed to.

2. Do I need to take any action?

No, you do not need to do anything right now. We have worked to make this a seamless transition for you.

If you have a Strategic Asset Management (SAM) account, in the next two weeks, you will receive a signature request from Kyle Seeman at LPL Financial. This allows Broad Street Planning to have full discretionary trading authority on applicable accounts, enabling them to make strategic adjustments, such as rebalancing, to keep your portfolio aligned with your financial goals.

3. Will my investment portfolio change?

No, your current investment portfolio will remain the same.

4. Will this transition cost me anything?

No, this transition will occur at no cost to you.

5. Will my account numbers change?

No, your account numbers will remain the same.

6. Will I still receive my regular account statements?

Yes, you will continue to receive your regular statements from LPL Financial. However, you may notice the names of the new advisors on your statements.

7. Will I still have access to my accounts online?

Yes, you will continue to have convenient access to your accounts through AccountView.

8. What changes should I expect with fees?

If you have a Strategic Asset Management (SAM) account, you will no longer be responsible for securities transaction fees in your SAM account, as LPL Financial will waive these charges.

9. Who are the new advisors, and how can I learn more about them?

The idea of combining the offices of a few carefully-selected and highly-motivated, independent advisors began in 1949 with H. Robert Weisman. From a one-person firm specializing mostly in insurance, our office has developed into a comprehensive financial services team with extensive knowledge in the areas of investments, retirement planning, and insurance (including health and long-term care) as well as assistance with estate planning for families, businesses, and retirees in the Nashua, NH area and beyond.

Your new advisory team consists of Lori K. Lambert, Kevin J. Halloran, Michael G. Aquino, and Jacquelyn F. Cloutier. You can learn more about them by visiting BroadStreetPlanning.com/Team.

10. Who can I contact if I have questions?
