CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Kelli Wholey is a Client Service Associate, where she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to client support. With a professional background rooted in community engagement, education, and philanthropy, Kelli is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to make clients feel seen, supported, and understood.

Before joining Broad Street Planning, Kelli served as the Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving for the YMCA of Greater Nashua, where she helped secure transformational support for youth programs, healthy living initiatives, and capital improvements. She was also the founder of Lumina Portraits, a boutique photography studio focused on personal and corporate storytelling, and previously taught marketing at Alvirne High School.

Kelli holds a Master’s in Business Education from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire. She is a founding member of the Nashua Chapter of the Women’s Business League and is deeply committed to building strong, connected communities.

A Nashua native, Kelli lives in the city with her husband Mark, and their two children, Patrick and Paige. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing by the beach.
